I paused my Inbox, so why am I still getting email?
Usually when this happens it is the result of a Gmail setting. Please try the following:

Click the
cog (A) in the top right corner of Gmail then
See all settings (B) to navigate to your Gmail settings.

- Select the Inbox tab (C) then scroll down to the bottom. Select Don't override filters (D) and save your changes.
