How to use Boomerang with your CRM
Our Premium Subscription plan includes a CRM integration that automatically captures email threads to your CRM of choice.
We support Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zoho, Highrise, Pipedrive, Capsule, and Insightly. However, if you use a different CRM that has BCC support, you may still be able to take advantage of our CRM integration!
How to enable CRM Integration

Click the
Boomerang icon in the top right corner of Gmail.

Click
Email Setting
s from the dropdown menu.

Check the box next to enable CRM Integration.

Choose the CRM you want to use from the dropdown menu. If your CRM is not listed, but still has BCC dropbox support, select
Other.

Enter your CRM's unique BCC address and click
Save.

Choose which emails you want captured in your CRM.

Press
OK, and all emails meeting these criteria will automatically BCC your CRM.
