Using Bookable Schedule with multiple calendars
Bookable Schedule supports multiple calendars! Set your primary calendar and we'll put booked meetings into that calendar. But you can also set up other calendars to check for conflicts (in case you have both a work and personal calendar) and set up additional guests to get invitations for any meeting booked (in case you have other colleagues who need to attend the meetings).
As long as each calendar you want to reference is shared with the account you’re using, Boomerang can check it to provide appointment slots, and prevent double-booking.

How to set up a Bookable Schedule with multiple calendars
When setting up a new Bookable Schedule, there are two points where you'll want to consider what calendars to use.
First, you'll want to set your primary calendar. When creating a Bookable Schedule and setting up your meeting details, you'll be prompted to choose a calendar for new events to be added to. It will automatically be checked for conflicts, and any time a meeting is booked on this schedule, the Google Calendar event will be added to it:
Then, when setting up your availability, you can choose which calendars you want Boomerang to check for conflicts. Perhaps you keep a Personal calendar and want to make sure you don't get double booked; or, you want to make sure one of your coworkers will be available for this type of meeting:
If this is your first Bookable Schedule, this will create an Availability Set that can be reused for any subsequent Bookable Schedules you create after. You can add a new Availability Set or edit your availability for all schedules using that Availability Set on this page after.
You'll be able to change any of the following:
- Name of the availability set.
- Bookable Schedules using this availability set.
- Calendars to Check for conflicts.
- Time zone.
- Weekly hours or Specific dates you're available.
Help! I don't see a calendar I'm expecting to on the list.
If you don't see the calendar listed on the Calendar Settings page at all, it may be that it hasn't been shared with this account yet, or it hasn't been granted the correct permissions.
Sharing calendars to add events to
To share a calendar to add events to:
- You (or your colleague) can go to your Google Calendar from a computer.
