How to change your Bookable Schedule URL

If you want a scheduling link to use for your website or email signature, or share by text, Bookable Schedule includes that feature too.

To edit the link for your Personal Scheduling Page:

If you'd like to edit the username associated with your scheduling page and Bookable Schedule links:

1: Navigate to your Bookable Schedule manage page.
2: In the Personal Scheduling URL section, click Edit URL next to the URL. Here you'll be able to update the username used in your scheduling page and Bookable Schedule links.; Please note that if you change this URL, any Bookable Schedule links you have previously shared will no longer work. If you have any pending invitations out, please make sure to update it with this new link.

From Gmail:

1: Open a new compose window and click on the red Meet button. Select Bookable Schedule.
2: From the list, locate the schedule you'd like the link for, and click to view more options. Click Edit Schedule.
2: Under More options, locate the setting for Scheduling Link. Click Edit URL, and change the URL to what you'd like to use.

From your Bookable Schedule manage page

1: Navigate to your list of Bookable Schedules.
2: Click the Edit button for the Bookable Schedule that you'd like to change the URL for.
3: Under More options, locate the setting for Scheduling Link. Click Edit URL, and change the URL to what you'd like to use.
