Your Bookable Schedule Personal Scheduling Page

If you'd like to give your recipients the option to book from any of your Bookable Schedules (for example, if you keep schedules for 15, 30, and 60 minute meetings), you can share a link to your Personal Scheduling Page.

How to activate your Personal Scheduling Page

Navigate to your Bookable Schedule manage page.

In the Personal Scheduling Page section, toggle the switch to the right ("on). The URL associated with your Personal Scheduling Page will now be live. (And if you ever want to deactivate your page, you can do that by toggling the switch off.)

How to customize your Personal Scheduling Page

Navigate to your Bookable Schedule manage page.

In the Personal Scheduling Page section, click on Customize page.

You'll be taken to a new window where you can customize to your Personal Scheduling Page, including: changing the page title and description; re-ordering, show or hide a schedule; or more specific changes to certain schedules.

Once you've made any desired customizations, make sure to click Done editing to save your changes!

How to share the link to your Personal Scheduling Page:

If you'd like to share a link to all of your current Bookable Schedules for someone to choose from:

From Gmail:

Open a new compose window and click on the red Meet button. Select Bookable Schedule.

From the Bookable Schedule menu, click on the kebab (three dots) menu, and select Copy link to scheduling page. The link has been copied to your clipboard and can be inserted into your message, website, or email signature.

From your Bookable Schedule manage page:

Navigate to your Bookable Schedule manage page.

In the Personal Scheduling Page section, click Copy Link next to the URL.  The link has been copied to your clipboard and can be inserted into your message, website, or email signature.
